Our 5-step commercial painting process.

1. Initial Consultation & Site Assessment — On-site walk-through to evaluate surfaces and project scope. We discuss color schemes, finishes, business-hours constraints, and any access challenges. Detailed estimate and project timeline sent for transparency.
2. Surface Preparation — Surfaces cleaned by pressure wash or hand-wash; cracks, holes, and damage repaired with patching compounds or caulk; surfaces sanded and primed for adhesion; furniture, fixtures, and floors protected with drop cloths and masking.
3. Professional Paint Application — Two coats of high-quality Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore — chosen for the wear profile and washability the space needs. Applied by brush, roller, or spray depending on the surface. After-hours or overnight scheduling on client-facing spaces.
4. Detailing & Quality Control — Thorough inspection for missed spots, drips, or inconsistencies. Touch-ups handled on the spot. Masking tape, drop cloths, and protection removed; jobsite cleaned to operational standard.
5. Final Walk-Through — When it makes sense, we'll walk the finished space with you (or your property manager) and address any last-minute touch-ups. We don't call a job done until it's right — and if anything turns up after, call us and we come back.
