Commercial Painting

Your space needs to look sharp without losing days of business to get there. We work around your hours — after-hours, weekends, overnight — and coordinate directly with property managers so the doors stay open while we paint.

Commercial Painting

Commercial spaces we paint.

We work across the range of commercial property types on the Front Range:

  • Office spaces — single suites, full floors, multi-tenant office buildings.
  • Retail stores — single locations and multi-store rollouts.
  • Restaurants and cafes — dining rooms, kitchens, bar areas (after-hours typical).
  • Medical and dental offices — with low-VOC products for patient-occupied spaces.
  • Multi-family — apartments, condominiums, common areas, exterior building repaints.
  • Hospitality — hotels, short-term rental properties, event venues.
  • Government, educational, and institutional — schools, public buildings, training facilities.
  • Light industrial — warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing offices.

Commercial Painting

Our 5-step commercial painting process.

  1. Initial Consultation & Site Assessment — On-site walk-through to evaluate surfaces and project scope. We discuss color schemes, finishes, business-hours constraints, and any access challenges. Detailed estimate and project timeline sent for transparency.
  2. Surface Preparation — Surfaces cleaned by pressure wash or hand-wash; cracks, holes, and damage repaired with patching compounds or caulk; surfaces sanded and primed for adhesion; furniture, fixtures, and floors protected with drop cloths and masking.
  3. Professional Paint Application — Two coats of high-quality Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore — chosen for the wear profile and washability the space needs. Applied by brush, roller, or spray depending on the surface. After-hours or overnight scheduling on client-facing spaces.
  4. Detailing & Quality Control — Thorough inspection for missed spots, drips, or inconsistencies. Touch-ups handled on the spot. Masking tape, drop cloths, and protection removed; jobsite cleaned to operational standard.
  5. Final Walk-Through — When it makes sense, we'll walk the finished space with you (or your property manager) and address any last-minute touch-ups. We don't call a job done until it's right — and if anything turns up after, call us and we come back.

Commercial Painting

Minimal business disruption.

On any commercial project, the schedule and the scope shape the work as much as the paint does. We've finished retail rollouts overnight so the doors opened on time the next morning, painted dental practices over long weekends without disrupting patient flow, and phased multi-tenant office projects so each tenant only loses one day of access. We use low-VOC and low-odor products where occupants stay in the space, ventilate aggressively where they don't, and isolate the work zone from operational areas with plastic barriers and air sealing.

  • Overnight and weekend scheduling — client-facing spaces stay open during business hours.
  • Low-VOC and low-odor products — for medical, dental, and other occupied environments.
  • Phased rollouts — multi-tenant or multi-suite projects sequenced to minimize tenant disruption.
  • Plastic barriers and air sealing — work zone isolated from operational areas.
  • Same-day callbacks — touch-up requests handled inside the project warranty window.

Commercial Painting

Paint chosen to stand up to commercial wear.

Commercial spaces see traffic, fingerprints, scuffs, and cleaning agents that residential walls never do. We match the paint to that wear — often the same high-quality Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore lines we use in homes, stepping up to heavier-duty products like Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial or Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec when a space's traffic and cleaning demand it — chosen for scrub resistance, washability with commercial cleaners, and color retention under fluorescent and LED lighting. On exterior commercial work we use high-quality exterior paints chosen to hold up to the UV and freeze-thaw that wear out Front Range exteriors. Matching the right product to each surface is most of what protects your investment.

FAQ

Common questions about commercial painting.

Yes. After-hours, weekend, and overnight scheduling is standard for us on client-facing spaces. We've finished retail rollouts overnight so the doors opened on time the next morning, and painted dental practices over long weekends without disrupting patient flow. Your space stays open during business hours.

Offices (single suites through multi-tenant buildings), retail stores and multi-store rollouts, restaurants and cafes, medical and dental offices, multi-family and common areas, hospitality, government, educational, and institutional buildings, and light industrial space like warehouses and distribution centers.

We plan for it. In occupied spaces — medical, dental, offices — we use low-VOC, low-odor products, ventilate aggressively, and isolate the work zone from operational areas with plastic barriers and air sealing. Where occupants can leave the space, we schedule the work for off-hours instead.

Yes — we work directly with property managers and owners. You get a detailed scope and project timeline before the first brushstroke, and when it makes sense we'll walk the finished space with you or your PM before we pack up. Clear communication is most of what makes a commercial job go smoothly.

Yes. We phase multi-tenant and multi-suite projects so each tenant loses only minimal access, and we sequence multi-store rollouts to match your timeline. We map the phasing with you up front so everyone knows what's happening when.

We match the paint to the space — often the same high-quality Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore lines we use in homes, stepping up to heavier-duty products like Sherwin-Williams Pro Industrial or Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec when the traffic and cleaning call for it — chosen for scrub resistance, washability with commercial cleaners, and color retention under fluorescent and LED lighting. On exteriors we use high-quality exterior paints chosen to hold up to Front Range UV and freeze-thaw cycles.

Yes. On commercial building projects we include pressure washing and exterior prep, then finish with high-performance acrylic coatings chosen to hold up to the UV and freeze-thaw stress that drives exterior paint failures along the Front Range.

Call us. We handle touch-up requests inside the project warranty window — often same-day — and we don't consider a job done until it's right. We catch most things before we leave, but we'll come back if anything turns up after.
