Eastridge
Late '80s and '90s homes, mostly two-story with lap siding. Whole-floor interior repaints off the original beige and cabinet refreshes are the usual calls; exterior colors go through the community association.
Westridge
'90s builder homes, many now on their second exterior. South-facing fade on the front elevation and dated maple or oak kitchens bring us here most often.
Southridge

Firelight & Lantern Hill
2000s neighborhoods in the south end. Mostly builder-grade walls due their first real repaint, interior door refreshes, and exteriors just reaching the age where the original finish starts to chalk.
